ACTORS:

Lead- Debsy (F- 17-20) A smart and sensitive high school senior
This is an intense, varied role. The actor should be prepared for a variety of scenes ranging from humorous to dramatic.

Emily, (F- 19-21) Debsy's sarcastic, pretty, bulimic older sister
Arthur-(M 20-24) Large, funny pot-smoking older brother–
improv comedy experience a plus.
Jay- (M 12-15) Debsy's Cute, innocent and curious little brother
Mom- (F- 45-55) Politically active liberal with a nervous and energetic personality
Dad – (M 45-55) Hard-working, religious, grumpy with a rage problem

Lisa- (F- 35-45) A prim, wiry, dominant cult leader.
-Large, intense eyes a plus
Lena- (F-30-40) Lisa's soft-spoken assistant

Cult Members- Adults of all ages and types. Must be 18 years or older.

We need 20-30 people to play cult members. Adult actors of all kinds, colors, shapes and styles are welcome to audition. There are both larger speaking and many non-speaking parts. Previous acting experience is appreciated, but not necessary. If you are comfortable letting your emotions and artistry shine, we want you!
