I am the fourth oldest amongst 11 other siblings; however, I was raised by my daddy being the only girl. YES, I'm spoiled, but not rotten. I consider myself to be the outcast of the family because I feel as though I'm a very unique individual. If I might add, to me, no one compares, not that I feel I'm better than anyone else, but I know I'm different. Growing up, I've always wanted to be in the spotlight and even now today, I feel the same way. I used to parade around the house in my stepmother's make-up, wigs, and heels because I wanted to be beautiful, a star. I used to sneak off to school with bright red lipstick where I'd get teased by the other kids because they'd say I was too dark. My daddy and my stepmother would have me do acting skits just to see how talented I really was and I can remember one time he told me to act like I was angry and I kicked a hole in the wall (smile). That was my way of expressing what I had seen him do before when he was angry. I also played as "Dorothy" in the play, "The Wizard of Oz" in grade school where I got much praise from the people of the neighborhood because of my great performance. As I got older, times got rough for my daddy and I had to go live with my birth mother's side of the family. From there, I lost focus and got caught up in the streets. I ran away from home to venture off on my own and to chase after the boys and the fast life and ended up having to raise myself since the age of 17. I am a very spiritual person, but not religious. I definitely believe in a higher power, my heavenly father, GOD all mighty, because if it weren't for him, I wouldn't be where I am today. I have no kids and no eternal illnesses and I owe it all to him. I am truly blessed! He has watched over me and kept me safe and showered me with his many blessings and because of this, I want to spread his word. I am ready to take on the world and its may challenges and be all that I can be, all I know I can be, and the BEST I can be. I have so much to offer to the younger generation of today and I can honestly say that I love who I am. I love this person I've grown to be and if I had it to do over again, there isn't a thing I would change.
