I was born in St. Joseph Michigan. I went to Lutheran Schools through high school. In high school I was in the drama club. I performed in four plays, the first was a musical and I played a boy. The second was a comic rendition of Hamlet in which I played Ophelia and got to die. The third was a slap-stick comedy children's play about the Big Bad Wolf and I played Piedmont Pierre, the French Canadian Woodsman. The fourth was a play about people in a nut-house and I played Florence, one of the crazies.
I went to a community college and took an Intro to theater and Acting 1 classes. In Intro to theater, I performed in my class' production of a children's play that mixed several fairytales and I played Little Red Riding Hood and Sleeping Beauty. I also was in the colege's production of the "Twelve Angry Jurors" ("Twelve Angry Men" with women). I played Juror #2.
